We undertake Earthing Design projects from 11kV substation assessments to the design of 400kV high-profile power stations and Lightning Protection projects from new apartment blocks to huge industrial sites with hazardous atmospheres. This exciting range of ongoing and upcoming work is driving a need for additional, experienced earthing and lightning protection engineers.

MJT is a modern Company lead by a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the IET. Our focus is to provide best-in-class engineering safety advice, where quality of output, carefully-considered, optimised design advice and building supportive, long-term relationships rank above profit.

We have Earthing and Lightning Protection Consultant roles available and are looking for those with an Electrical Engineering Degree or HND and at least 2 years of experience with CDEGS earthing design software and/or lightning protection design risk assessment tools. You should have good report writing and customer relationship skills experience.

Full and part-time positions, flexible working, profit-related pay and bonus options are available and no requirement to waste time and pollute the planet commuting to an office. Applicants should be UK-based and be able to travel to Client and Company meetings and assist with site inspections and testing as required.
